Client:

Property: Milford House

Having originally acquired the 45,000 sq ft office for Norwich Union ( now Aviva ) in 2003. PPC were retained by Eagle One who developed the building to advise on its reletting once Aviva's lease expired.

Milford House is located in "pole position " at the entrance to Pynes Hill and whilst designed as a HQ single occupier building it has in built flexiblily to multi - let. We advised on the refurbishment scheme and during these works terms were agreed with Jurassic Fibre ( now Cuckoo) to take the part ground part first and second floors in what was the largest office letting in Exeter in 2022. The building incorporates new showers, refurbished atrium and WC facilities, EV charging points and external break out space.

As a result the building is now fully let and has improved its EPC to a high B rating.

Similarly the rents have increased by a considerable margin since it was first built.
