This was the largest industrial prelet in Devon agreed in 2023 and completed in 2024. Pearce Property Consultants was retained by Kitwave PLC based in the NE after acquiring West Country Food Holdings and M J Baker to identify a warehouse and production facility to expand their SW food distribution business.
In an off market deal Pearce Property Consultants identified an opportunity on Ugbrook Business Park which had planning consent and had just been serviced. In the space of a few days Heads of Terms were agreed with the developers ,Stuart Properties, through their agents Noon Roberts to acquire a new combined warehouse facility for 80,000 sq ft in two buildings and an extended yard. The building was completed in time for Kitwaves specialist fitout in Q3/4 2024.
